So I have now read all of McDonagh's plays! All three plays depict the shocking and murderous goings-on in the Western Ireland town of Leenane. Very funny, interesting take on Catholicism in late 20th century Ireland, had a slight problem with the ending which is a surprise because McDonagh usually makes great endings. Please share.
